which is approximately .003 inches in diameter, and a hole drilled in it
by a .0012 inch diameter Najet drill and a .001 inch diameter wire inserted
through it.
At National Jet Company, our focus is small hole manufacturing, via mechanical drilling and micro EDM. We can drill holes down to .0002" accurately and consistently. We drill through a wide range of materials, including most metals and plastics. We can produce round or shaped holes, and can keep tolerances within .0001" We produce these microscopic holes on technology and equipment that was developed here at National Jet. We manufacture the drills and machines that produce the holes that you specify. The technology and labor is all "Made in the USA". Small holes are big challenges
for most people, but small holes are what we do here at National Jet.
