Jet Company still produces spinnerettes in the US for textile producers
around the world. We produce these spinerettes to your specifications,
including die plates for monofilament, hollow filament, bi-component, round
hole, and shaped hole spinerettes. Additonally, we stock a variety of blanks,
including Filteco, Neumang, Barmag, and several others.
At National Jet, we specialize in shaped hole spinnerettes, including tri-lobal and delta shapes. Our own electrode extrusion machine coupled with our CNC controlled EDM Machine gives us the capability to make the shaped hole that you need within a wide range of dimensions. This process allows us to produce shapes that are extremely consistent in size. As all manufacturing is
done in the US, we have some of the shortest lead times in the industry.
Furthermore, we can usually meet with you with very short notice to discuss
your spinnerette needs in more detail. Whether it is round or shaped holes,
