Jet produces (and repairs) die tips and die plates commonly found in the
non wovens industry. We can produce these die tips (or "knife-edges") with
extreme accuracy and consistency.
We produce both R&D die tips as well as the longer, production die tips and knife-edges. We can handle most dies up to 144" long with hole as small as .003", with long L-D ratios. Like everything we do at
National Jet, all work is done in the US. We manufacture the drills and
drill machines that produce the small, precise holes required for the non-wovens
industry. These holes are checked and inspected to insure that you receive
the quality and accuracy that you demand.
