National Jet Company produces and repairs dies for melt blown fiber producers around the world. As our specialty is micro hole drilling, we produce these dies with extreme accuracy and consistency.

National Jet Company produces R & D Dies as well as the longer, production die tips and "knife edge" dies. We can handle most dies up to 4.5m long with holes as small as .003", including most with long L-D ratios.

Like everything we do at National Jet, all work is done in the U.S. We manufacture the drills and drilling machines that produce the small precise holes required for the nonwovens industry. These holes are checked and inspected to insure that you receive the quality and accuracy that you demand.

Maintenance of non-woven melt blown die tips and spunbound dies can make or break a company. Downtime resulting from lengthy die tip corrections can wreak havoc on both production schedules and the bottom line.

National Jet Company can refurbish and re-size the existing holes in your die. We do it quickly, efficiently, and affordably. We can unplug clogged holes and make all holes uniform and precise. We work on all dies, including those manufactured elsewhere. Even most dies that have been "zippered" can be repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Chances are we can improve your exisitng die.
